Online Registration

Online registration closes at midnight (CET) on Sunday, 20 September 2009.

After 20 September 2009 it will only be possible to register in person, onsite at the conference.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation letter which is automatically e-mailed to you. The e-mail includes an Access Code you can use to re-enter the site and modify your registration at a later date, using the link below. So please keep the email in case you need to alter your registration!

Registration options

You have the following registration options and can register online for either

the entire week:

the entire week, including the Thursday Workshop ‘Bauen im Permafrost’ (incl. Lunch on Thursday)	before 15 June 2009	CHF 465.00

or

individual days:

single days (1 day pass)		CHF 200.00
the Thursday Workshop ‘Bauen im Permafrost’ (lunch is included)		CHF 225.00

The conference fee includes Ice Breaker, Information Material, Proceedings (CD) and Conference Dinner for one person.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner is included if you register for the entire week. Please indicate whether you will attend the dinner. You can buy additional tickets if you register only as a daily participant or for accompanying persons:

Workshops and Excursions

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon you have the choice between two workshops or one excursion. There is no additional fee for the excursions if you stay in a Hotel in Davos. To facilitate the organisation please indicate for each of these afternoons the workshop or excursion you would like to attend:

Lunch

If you like to have lunch at the Congress Centre, you can buy lunch tickets valid for a given day:

All prices in Swiss francs include taxes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until Sepember 4th 2009, up to which date 50% of the total amount will be refunded. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after Sepember 4th 2009.
